Coffee Reference app for iPhone and iPad

This is a app still work in progress. Coffee, from when the cherries are first picked, to the dry mill/beneficio, and finally to the roaster have many numbers and calculations. Started as a personal app I used to calculate coffee cherries, wet and dry parchment coffee, to green coffee, or green coffee to different roast degrees. Also contains various references and data dealing with roasting and cupping that I easily forget and have re-reference somewhere.

Some examples of calculations and conversions:

• dried parchment to green beans
• wet parchment to green beans
• green beans to various roast degrees
• final price of green beans sold by farmer after calculating fixed/NY "c" deducting imperfects removed and mill fees
• % of development time over total roast time
• % wt loss of coffee after a roast
